Through a collaborative initiative between Centre for Community Initiative (CCI) and Christian Service Agency, wheelchairs were distributed to Persons with Disability and Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) living in relief camps and rented accommodations across Lamka Town.
Facilitated by Disaster Management Committee (DMC) – CCI, the distribution reached individuals in multiple relief camps and displaced families residing in different localities. The initiative aimed to improve mobility, accessibility, and independence for persons in need during the ongoing humanitarian crisis.
By supporting individuals with mobility challenges, the initiative sought to restore dignity, comfort, and greater ease in daily living for displaced communities affected by the crisis.
