Pausuanlal Guite

Pausuanlal is responsible for handling one of the biggest projects of the organization. He currently serves as Manager, at Malsawm Ability Resource Centre, as Administrator, at The Malsawm Initiative, and as Co-ordinator, at Open Basic Education (OBE), NIOS Study Centre, TMI

He considers Nature to be his first love which drove him to pursue Geography at the University of Delhi and further led him toward farm-preneurship in his hometown of Lamka, Manipur. Another love, writing, led him to work as a Joint Editor in a vernacular daily where he witnessed the stark reality of the lives of people.

Since working with children with disabilities, there is no looking back as he firmly believes that service to mankind is service to God, through which all involved can find true happiness.

He still enjoys nature and working on DIY projects in his free time.
