Since its inception, advocacy for persons with disabilities has been a priority for CCI. CCI empowered the community and encouraged them to enjoy their rights, and provides mentorship and guidance to help them avail available schemes. As the District Medical Board, Churachandpur (Disability) authorizes CCI for UDID, CCI assisted in registering more than 1500 in the district. In the meantime, the organization is also instrumental in enrolling as many as 1000 voters in the campaign for accessible elections. CCI, thus, plays an indispensable part in instrumental in making the last election (2022) accessible as per the Election Commission of India.
