Mr. Paul is a person with a locomotor disability, residence of Sielmat, Churachandpur, Manipur. He is also the Coordinator of Para-Legal Volunteers, Pearsonmun Legal Aid Clinic, Pearsonmun, Churachandpur, and President, of Manipur Hill District Disabled Union (MHDDU), Manipur.
Paul is an active advocate for Persons with Disabilities' rights and to make positive changes in their lives and their communities. His few laurels include being awarded Certificate of Appreciation in recognition of his outstanding contributions towards the welfare of Persons with Disabilities in Churachandpur District and Best Para-Legal Volunteer 2021 of District Legal Services Authority, Churachandpur, Manipur.
