
Centre for Community Initiative (CCI) conducted a training session on “An Introduction to Understanding and Supporting Neurodiverse Children (ASD, ADHD, LD & ID)” for parents and caregivers at the CCI Conference Hall, Malsawm Ability Resource Centre (MARC), Pearsonmun, Lamka.
The session was facilitated by Ms. Lily C. Tangpua, MSc in Clinical Psychology and an experienced Assistant Child Psychologist, who shared valuable insights, practical strategies, and guidance on understanding and supporting neurodiverse children.
The training aimed to strengthen awareness and equip parents and caregivers with knowledge and skills to better support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Learning Disabilities (LD), and Intellectual Disabilities (ID).
CCI remains committed to organizing similar awareness and capacity-building programs to promote inclusive care, understanding, and support for children with diverse developmental and learning needs.
