During my time at The Malsawm Initiative, I was able to learn so much from the first-hand experience with the kids and the information shared by the staffs. I believe that with the pace that the organization is moving, even our society will steadily be able to learn and educate themselves on the topic of disability. My skills as a psychologist have also greatly been improved because of my time in the organization. The general experience was positive, and all that I learned will be helpful in my future vocation in this field.
