Groundbreaking Ceremony for the construction of a Resource Centre for Divyangjan (Persons with Disabilities) was held at Malsawm Ability Resource Centre (MARC), Pearsonmun, Lamka, marking an important milestone in strengthening support and opportunities for persons with disabilities.
The program began with a welcome address by Mr. Pauzagin Tonsing, Director of Centre for Community Initiative (CCI), followed by the groundbreaking and dedication ceremony led by Rev. B. Chinkhengoupau, Youth Coordinator, EBC.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Mr. L. Thangsuanlian, Manager (Finance & Administration), who expressed gratitude to all partners, supporters, and well-wishers for their continued commitment toward inclusion and empowerment.
Supported by the Airport Authority of India (AAI), the Resource Centre reflects a shared vision of creating a more inclusive, accessible, and supportive environment where persons with disabilities can learn, grow, and thrive with dignity and equal opportunity.
