Centre for Community Initiative (CCI) conducted a discussion session on the draft budget for the financial year 2025–2026 with its staff members as part of the organization’s planning and consultation process.
Following earlier discussions with the Board Members, the session provided an opportunity for staff to share perspectives, ideas, and insights toward strengthening the organization’s future plans and priorities. The collaborative discussion focused on strategic goals, program development, and sustainable initiatives for the coming year.
The engagement reflected CCI’s commitment to participatory planning and collective decision-making in working toward impactful and community-centered initiatives.
