To support children affected by trauma, distress, and displacement during the ongoing crisis in Manipur, an Inclusive Community Learning Centre (iCLC) Meet was organized on September 15, 2023, at JP Leisure Turf, Pearsonmun, Lamka.
The event brought together around 300 internally displaced children from Project ITNA – Inclusive Community Learning Centre and the Bridge Education Project under NEST Lamka. Children from seven different relief camps participated in activities that encouraged interaction, emotional expression, and peer support in a safe and inclusive environment.
The gathering provided children with an opportunity to connect, share experiences, and enjoy moments of joy and normalcy despite challenging circumstances. The smiles and enthusiasm of the children reflected the positive impact of creating supportive spaces for healing, learning, and community connection.
